Privacy, Disclaimer, and Terms
This page explains the instructional purpose of the ClerkOne Study App and describes our current privacy practices for the 2026 version.
Important Disclaimer and Terms
Except for selected New York State laws that are in the public domain, the text material in the ClerkOne Study App is copyrighted 1999 - 2026, Angelo Tropea. The copyright holder retains and reserves all rights. No part of the app may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without the written permission of the copyright holder.
The selected sections of law in ClerkOne have been heavily edited, shortened, reorganized, and displayed in a manner intended to increase their instructional value. They are presented as study tools and general information only. They are not complete, are not a substitute for the actual laws, and are not to be used as legal reference material.
Official versions of the laws should be consulted directly through authoritative sources. Because a court system career requires accurate legal knowledge, we strongly recommend studying official law books, official text sources, and yearly amendments alongside the app.
Although we work hard to minimize errors, we do not warrant that the app is free from errors or suitable for any purpose other than as an instructional and study tool. Users are encouraged to confirm any information in the app with other reliable sources.
By using the ClerkOne Study App, you understand, agree, and acknowledge that these terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the copyright holder, Angelo Tropea, and that your use of the app indicates your acceptance of these terms.
